Soft shell crabs
1 cup flour
1/4 cup corn meal
1 tablespoon old bay seasoning
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup olive oil
Soft shell crabs have your fish monger remove the gills and bad stuff inside
Mix dry ingredients
Roll crab in flour mixture
Place skillet on medium heat
Melt butter and olive oil
Place crab in pan cook 4 to 5 minutes until brown turn and cook 4 to 5 minutes
Sprinkle with old bay
Caution crabs contain water and will crab to pop and spit hot oil on you. Be careful
Remove Drain Enjoy
