If you are bored by chicken wings, here is something different.  They are available in the Happy Family Ranch Booth at the Manassas Farmers Market this morning.  But they are going fast.

from Happy Family Ranch Pork loin chops
Bacon
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

Rub pork chops with spice mix
Cut pork chops into 3/4 inch strips
Cut strips in 1/2
Wrap in bacon
Bake on parchment lined sheet tray for 20 minutes
Serve with hot sauce and blue cheese
