1 pound shrimp thinly sliced
3 large limes juiced
1 tomato seeded and diced
cilantro
1 mango diced
1 med red onion
1/2 jalapeno seeded
1/2 clove of garlic
1/2 avacado
salt
pepper to taste
mix shrimp and lime juice let sit in fridge cooked by lime juice until opaque.
squeeze excess lime juice away
add other items
chill for 2 hours
serve cold
