Twice breaded pork chops with stove top apples.

4 loin pork chops
2 cups Italian bread crumbs
4 eggs beaten
1/2 cup milk
1!2 stick butter
1/4 cup olive oil

Preheat oven to 350

Mix milk and eggs
Divide bread crumbs in to two pans
Dredge pork chop into bread crumbs
Then thru egg wash
Dredge thru second bread crumbs
Let sit for five minutes

In an oven safe skillet on medium melt butter with olive oil

Brown both sides of breaded pork chops

Place in the oven for 15 minutes

Stove top apples

6 firm apples (honey crisp, macintosh ,Granny Smith) peeled and sliced mix with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 cup Apple juice
1 teaspoon cinnamon  freshly ground if you have it

3/4 cup brown sugar
2 pats of butter
2 tablespoon corn starch
3 tablespoon of water

(Sometimes I add cranberries)

In a large skillet mix apple juice, butter, and apples
Cook for 8 minutes on medium hi heat or until tender
Will come to a mild boil
Add cinnamon
Mix cornstarch and water add to pan
Let thicken sprinkle with cinnamon
Serve
