1 pound chicken breast cut into cutlets
1 cup a p flour
1 teaspoon Italian herbs
1/2 teaspoon season salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 Clive garlic chopped
8 oz white wine or blush
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 3.5 jar of capers
1 lemon sliced
Olive oil for cooking
16 Zucchini noodles
1 Jar red pepper bruschetta
Butter for cooking or use pasta
Parmesan cheese to top
Mix flour with salt pepper and herbs
In large pan on medium heat brown chicken on both sides about 4 minutes
remove chicken from pan
add lemon juice
add 1/2 of garlic add more if you want)
add wine stir
add chicken to the pan
add capers
add lemon slices to pan
In separate pan add bruschetta
add 1/2 of garlic
add zucchini noodles
cook until noodles are soft
top with parm
