1 pound red snapper filets
8 oz crab claws (lump is better but you can go cheap on this one)
1 cup Italian bread crumbs divided into half cups
1 stick butter melted
1 cup white wine
1/4 cup chives fresh
Preheat oven to 350.
In sauce pan mix crab meat, 1/2 wine and 1/2 the butter & 1/2 the bread crumbs cook for 5 minutes on medium heat
Place snapper on a parchment or foil sheet pan
coat with white wine
coat with butter
coat with bread crumbs
top with crab mixture
bake for 25-30 minutes until fish is flakey
