Fudge

3 cups sugar
2 sticks salted butter
5 oz evaporated milk
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
7 oz jar marshmallow cream
1. Pinch salt
12 oz bag of chocolate chips plus 20

Line 9 x 13 glass pan with spray or parchment

Turn burner on medium high heat
In a deep 10 inch skillet melt butter
Add corn syrup
Add salt
Add condensed milk
Add sugar
Bring to a boil
Stirring constantly in a figure 8 pattern for 5 minutes or until 235 temp the mix will slightly blonde don’t let it burn or scorch
Add chocolate chips stirring constantly
Add vanilla
Add marshmallow cream stir until
No white shows
Add nuts if you want I never do
Place in 9 x 13 pan (may look oily on the top but don’t worry)
Let cool for 2 hours
