Bacon
You will need a smoker
2 Pounds pork belly
1/4 cup kosher salt
2 tablespoons black pepper
1/4 cup maples
Remove skin from pork belly
In a plastic container with lid place pork belly sprinkle all sides with salt and pepper
Coat with maple syrup.
let sit in fridge for 4 days turning over every day.
Smoke for 2 hours at 225
Fry it up in the pan you brought home the bacon.
