Crust
8 oz graham cracker crushed
4 oz melted butter or oleo (yes they used oleo). Use butter
Mix ingredients and press into a 10″ Pyrex dish.
Heat oven to 290
Filling
8 oz sour cream
12 oz Cream cheese
1 large egg beaten
2/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 oz instant cream of wheat
1/2 tsp baking powder
Mix sugar, cream of wheat and baking powder
In separate bowl cream sour cream, cream cheese, vanilla,
Add beaten egg and sugar mixture beat until fluffy
Pour into crust
Place separate pan filled with water in oven this will reduce cracks on the top.
Bake cheesecake for 50 to 60 minutes
