Quicker stuffed green pepper

1 pound of 80/20 ground beef or lamb (if you use lamb add some oregano)
4 green peppers hollowed out
1 large onion diced
2 cloves garlic diced
2 8.8 oz package pre cooked packaged rice cooked by package instructions
1 8.8 oz package pre cooked quinoa use package direction
1 1/2 24 oz low sodium spaghetti sauce.
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
6 cheese Italian blend cheese for topping

In 12″ skillet brown ground beef drain most of liquid
Add onion and garlic cook for 4 minutes until the onion is soft
Add the cooked rice and cooked quinoa
Add spaghetti sauce
Cook for 5 minutes
In a microwave safe dish microwave dish microwave green peppers for 3 minutes on high
Fill peppers with hamburger mixture
Top with spaghetti sauce
Bake for 25 minutes at 350
Add cheese bake for another 15 minutes until cheese is brown
