I was able to knock down the salt in this by 1/3 and keep the flavor. This is chicken keep an eye on it or it will get dry. I use my digital meat tester a lot. The target temp is 165 for chicken.
2 chicken breast or de-boned chicken thighs
2 slices of Swiss cheese
2 slices ham
1/2 cop panko bread crumbs
2 tablespoons dash salt free seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 stick butter
Season bread crumbs have 18% of a days sodium
Even unseasoned breadcrumbs have 10% sodium
panko has 4%
And if you look you can get 2% sodium Swiss cheese
Mix 1 tablespoon of dash seasoning, garlic powder, with breadcrumbs set aside
Cut slit length wise in chicken
Sprinkle inside and out with 1 tablespoon of dash seasoning.
Cut ham and cheese into strips that fit into the chicken
Insert ham and cheese strips
Place chicken into a non-stick banking pan
Melt butter and pour on chicken
Coat with breadcrumb mixture
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until the 165 degrees
