Egg Foo Yong

2 cups bean sprouts
1 cup mushroom sliced thin cooked and drained
1/2 cup shrimp cut into small pieces  (chicken is ok or pork or all three is the best)
1/4 cup green onion
1 teaspoon low sodium teriyaki sauce (if not worrying about salt you can use soy)
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 jalapeño pepper diced (optional)
6 large eggs beaten

Put veggies place in bowl
Add bean sprouts
Add Shrimp
Add beaten eggs
Mix to combine

Heat oiled 8″ add oil
Using a 1/4 cup pour mixture in pan
Cook until firm and brown on bottom turn
Cook until brown and all egg is cooked

Should make 6-8

Brown sauce

3 tablespoon Teriyaki sauce
1 cup Water
2 teaspoons white vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 teaspoon of water

In a medium sauce pan add the teriyaki, water, vinegar, sugar, cook on medium

add cornstarch mix cook on medium until thickens about 5 minutes

Top with green onions
