Baked Pene

1 pound chorizo sausage casing removed (I use Happy Family Ranch)
1 24 oz favorite marinara sauce
2 teaspoons Italian herbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
12 oz dry pene pasta
1 cup Italian cheese blend

In a large skillet brown chorizo on medium heat
Add marinara sauce
Add Italian herbs

In a large kettle boil pasta to 3/4 done so if package says 12 minutes boil 8 do not rinse

Add to sauce place in a baking dish

Top with Italian cheese blend

Bake for 20 minutes

Serve
