10 hard boiled eggs
2 ripe avocados mashed
2 tablespoons Sriracha (more or less to taste)
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
2 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon chive finely chopped
Boil egg in boiling water for 12 minutes and remove to an ice water bath to make for easier peeling. Make sure the water is boiling before you add the eggs.
Let eggs cool.
In a large bowl in the eggs yolk smash fine Add 1 cup avocado smashed Add chives Add mustard blend well ‘Add pepper stir Add Sriracha stir Fill Eggs top the egg with chives
