Spicy mushroom caps

1 pound ground beef or pork or if you are lazy use chorizo
1 package large mushroom caps about 24
1 package low sodium taco seasoning
8 oz grated cheddar cheese

Olive oil

Heat oven to 350

Coat mushrooms with olive oil and bake in oven for 10 minute and drain water from mushrooms

In a medium skillet brown ground beef drain fat
Add 1/2 pack of taco seasoning
Add 1/2 cup of water
Let cook down until the water evaporates
Stuff mushrooms with meat
Top with cheese
Bake until cheese is melted
