1 pound stew meat cut in 1 inch cubes
1 pound lamb kidneys
4 large potatoes pealed and cubes
4 carrots cut in one inch pieces
2 parsnips cut in one inch pieces
1 onion
1 cup flour
2 cups beef stock
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 teaspoon season salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 can pizza dough
Oil for browning
In a pie pan mix flour season salt and pepper
In a large skillet heat oil on medium dredge steak in flour mixture and brown on all sides
Place in a large pot or crock pot cook on medium low
Add onions to the pot
Add stock
Cook for one hour
While that is cooking De-vain the kidneys
Dredge the kidneys in the flour and brown on all sides and all to pot
Add parsnips, potatoes and carrots
To pot
Cook for 1 hour on medium low
Put in a casserole dish top with crescent roll dish bake until crust is brown about 20 minutes
