Green beans with bacon and red pepper

16 oz green beans cleaned
2 strips smoked bacon cut in bite size pieces
1 red pepper cut in thin slices
1/2 thin slices red onion
Dressing
1/3 cup olive oil
3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
4 grinds black pepper
1 pinch salt
2 minced garlic cloves
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
render bacon and drain fat save 1 teaspoon in use fat in dressing
in bowl take the balsamic,
add Dijon mustard
add salt and pepper
add the red pepper flakes
drizzle in olive out and bacon fat.
set aside

Par cook green beans in salted water for 3 minutes
drain
in skillet coat with oil
space green beans and cook for 3 minutes
add red pepper and onion
add garlic

dress with sauce and serve
