Totchoes (NO CHIPs Tater Tots)

This idea was was given to me by my daughter Mary.  I had just cooked up a batch of sweet potato tots and she said the magic word: totchoes she told me why not use tater tots instead of tortilla chips.  I said “what a great idea” and I saw what others were doing and said no to those ideas.   I like brisket better than hamburger and tried this on my Daughters painting party and got positive results.  So this is what I came up with.  Thanks to my friends at Blue Dog BBQ.  I love their brisket.

1 bag crispy tater tots (follow package direction)
1 pound smoked brisket or pulled pork (I used Blue Dog BBQ bluedogbbq@gmail.com)
16 oz shredded cheddar
12 oz jar of your favorite  salsa
Guacamole

Cook tater tots using package instruction (check back in a couple of weeks and you can find a from scratch recipe)
Chop brisket ans add brisket (or pulled pork) pieces to tots (You could go crazy and do both)
Add salsa
Add cheese
Add guacamole

Hey just thought you might want to throw some jalapeño on the top.

Serve with napkins lots of napkins
