Baked Italian won tons

Whaaat?? Italian Won Tons?  Yes! We have a lot of big sporting events coming up.  The Super Bowl, the Final Four, and Spring Training.  Why not serve something different?  Everyone loves pizza flavors; why not put it in a different package? A won ton would surprise and amaze your friends, or maybe help you make new friends.  Here is how I tackled this dish.
1/2 pound grated mozzarella cheese
1/4 pound pepperoni
20 won ton wrappers
8 oz spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoon Italian herb
Lay out win ton wrapper so it looks like a baseball diamond
Place one or two pepperoni in the center
Add a teaspoon spaghetti sauce
Add a teaspoon (or so) mozzarella cheese
Add a pinch of herbs
Lightly wet the outline of the baseline
Take home plate and touch it to second base, then seal the wet baselines (edges)
I used an air fryer at 350
5 minutes on each side
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
Serve with warn spaghetti sauce for dipping
OR: in a 350 oven,
bake each side for 8 minutes
