Greek lamb meatballs

Super Bowl weekend I decided to try meatball palooza, and I experimented with new meatballs for a party I was going to.  (Thanks Barb and Greg.) So this is the one that the people at the party liked the most.  I did not expect lamb to win the contest, but darn if it didn’t.  Now, I didn’t add the feta or the tzatziki sauce, but you sure can. (I had one fail, but we won’t speak of it.)
1 pound ground lamb
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon rosemary
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 egg
1/3 cup Panko bread crumbs
Tzasiki sauce for dipping. (optional in the meatball, mandatory for dipping)
1/3 cup feta cheese (optional)
Place lamb in a bowl
Add herbs and spices, mix
Add salt and pepper, mix
Add olive oil
Add egg
Add feta and 2 tablespoons of Tzasiki sauce (optional)
Add bread crumbs
Mix well
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Here are your options:
Baking sheet
Mini muffin tray
Air fryer
Go ahead decide, I’ll wait.
I’m glad you decided on the baking sheet since I have no idea what you have in your kitchen.
Line the baking pan with foil
Roll meatballs into 2 inch balls
Bake for 25 minutes, turning at 10 minutes
If you are going to air fry them, spray the meatballs with Pam and bake at 340 for 15 minutes, turning once.
