3 zucchini
2 egg whites plus 2 tablespoons water
1 cup Panko bread crumbs
1/2 cup rice flour
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Peel zucchini and cut into 3 inch x 1/2 inch wedges
You will need 3 bowls
Bowl 1 rice flour
Bowl 2 egg whites
Bowl 3 Panko bread crumbs
Mix flour, Old Bay, and pepper
Take cut zucchini and coat with flour mixture
Mix water with egg whites and whip for one minute
Dip rice flour coated zucchini in egg whites
Then dip in Panko mixture
Place in air fryer basket
Air fry at 350 for 12- 14
