Crab Deviled Eggs

I was out to dinner and this was on the menu. Now I thought their version needed some upgrades. I added some heat and some garlic. Now you get the crab and the deviled egg you know. I hope you like it.

6 hard boiled eggs
1/4 cup crab meat
1 tablespoon diced chives
3 tablespoons mayo
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic minced
1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
1 teaspoon hot sauce

Cut eggs in half and remove the yolk to a bowl

Mash yolks with a fork

Add mayo, mustard, garlic and chives mix until smooth

Mix in crab meat half of old bay seasoning and hot sauce and mix

Fill empty eggs with crab egg mixture

Top with remaining old bay

Garnish with herbs
