Summer is a great time for fresh fish. Grilled is great, but heating the grill, charcoal or gas each takes time. I can whip this up quickly, and it has great fresh taste. It’s tart and spicy with the allepo pepper.
1 pound swordfish steaks
4 tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper
4 ounces sun dried tomatoes
2 tablespoons capers
2 ounces fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Allepo pepper
Heat a pan to medium.
Salt and pepper swordfish.
Add butter to pan and bring to a slow bubble.
Add swordfish and cook for 6 minutes.
Turn and cook for 6 minutes and remove from pan.
Add lemon juice, pepper, tomatoes, and capers to pan.
Cook for 4 minutes and serve over swordfish.
