Here is an old-school appetizer. Served at posh dinner parties and Chinese restaurants. It takes a little skill but provides a wow factor. The bread is crusty-crunchy, and the topping is savory. The big benefit is no deep frying. I hope you like it.
1 pound peeled deveined shrimp
1/2 cup crab π¦ meat
2 tablespoons celery, chopped fine
1/2 onion, chopped fine
1 green onion, chopped fine
1/2 cup water chestnuts, chopped
1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
1 baguette π₯ cut in 1/2 inch slices
5 drops teriyaki
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped parsley πΏ
1 teaspoon minced garlic π§
1 egg π₯
Olive oil for coating bread.
Chop shrimp small.
In a bowl mix shrimp and crab meat.
Add celery, onion, garlic, parsley, and green onion to bowl and mix.

Yum!
