Brisket Bacon Mac & Cheese Egg Roll

I try to recycle leftovers this is an example of that concept. I had some leftover mac and cheese and some brisket from Hog Shack and I always have egg rolls. (Don’t you?) So here is the result. I hope you like it.

4 egg roll wrappers
1/2 pound smoked brisket (From Hog Shack )
1/2 pound bacon Mac & Cheese (on this blog)
1/2 cup bbq sauce

Place brisket meat and mac and cheese on egg roll wrapper.

Roll up wrapper.

Spray with cooking spray.

Add to air fryer and cook for 8 minutes at 350.

Turn over and coon for 6 minutes

  2. There is the legend ” Rock Soup” (Oaxaca & Italy) _; its made with the leftovers of few people: a piece of meat, some fresh vegetable (celery, onion), water, salt, etc. Also the agli & olio (garlic+oil) pasta, in Southern Italy (add dried peperoncino). Both , tasty soups.
