Breakfast Meatroll

This is a hearty breakfast dish that will likely make an angioplasty more likely in your future. Bacon, sausage, ham, cheese, and eggs – what could go wrong? That can’t be more than a week’s cholesterol. Hey, I did air fry it and added some green onions, so it’s healthy. The hot sauce does break up all the richness. I hope you like it.

4 egg roll wrappers
4 eggs
4 strips bacon
1/2 pound breakfast sausage
1/2 pound diced ham
1/2 pound grated cheddar cheese
1 bunch green onions, diced
2 teaspoon hot sauce
Salt and pepper

In a skillet on medium cook bacon to crispy and crumble.

Cook sausage in same pan and crumble.

Brown ham in same pan.

Scramble eggs in same pan until barely set.

In a bowl, add egg, bacon, ham, green onions, cheese, salt, pepper, and hot sauce.

Lay out egg roll wrapper and add 2 tablespoons of egg mixture; close sides and touch with a little water on all sides; close opposite ends and roll. Seal.

Preheat air fryer to 370 for 5 minutes.

Spray egg roll with cooking spray and cook for 7 minutes turning once.

Add cheese to top; cook for an additional 3 minutes.
