I thought this might be a great dish for holiday party, an hor’s d’oeuvre for a gathering. It has copious amounts of shrimp, garlic, and Parmesan cheese. I hope you like it.
20 – 30 won ton wrappers (I tear a few)
8 ounces peeled deveined shrimp
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 bunch green onion, diced fine
3 ounces white wine
4 ounces Panko breadcrumbs
6 ounces Alfredo sauce for dipping
Air Fryer
Pam
Bowl of water for sealing won tons
Either use a food processor or knives to make the shrimp into small pieces. Add to bowl.
Add garlic, chives, and wine to bowl and mix.
Add breadcrumbs and butter and mix.
Place 1/2 teaspoon of mixture on center of wrapper; wet each edge and fold top to bottom; press to seal. Then pull solid bottoms corners to touch, sealing completely.
Heat air fryer to 350 for 5 minutes.
Add won tons.
Cook for 6 minutes at 350.
Turn and cook an additional 4 minutes until golden brown.
Microwave Alfredo sauce.
Serve.
