S’mores Martini?

OK, followers of this blog know I use alcohol in cooking, but I don’t drink. I don’t think that should disqualify me from making a cocktail. I did some research and in honor of the 4th of July, I did my take on the S’mores martini (the best way to describe it). I took some creme de cacao, added some whipped cream flavored vodka, and garnished it with some toasted marshmallows and graham crackers. Relax – all told this drink is less than 45 proof. Don’t drink and drive. I hope you like it.

8 ounce crème de cacao
4 ounce whipped cream vodka
32 mini-marshmallows
8 graham crackers, crushed

Toast mini marshmallows to desired crispness.

In a martini glass, wet rim and dip in crushed graham crackers.

Add two ounces of crème de cacao.

Add one ounce whipped cream vodka.

Top with 4 toasted marshmallows.

Serve.
