Pickle Dip

This is a ball game snack for the World Cup or just watching baseball. I used Bad Ass Pickles horseradish pickles as the base then added some sour cream, pickled onions and some spices to round them out. Add your favorite base like crackers, a toasted baguette or pita chips you have a great summer snack or opener. I hope you like it.

2 cups chopped pickles Bad Ass Pickles with horseradish
1/4 cup pickled onions
1 teaspoon garlic minced
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 cups sour cream
1 tablespoon pickle juice
2 cups crouton ground up

In a bowl add chopped pickles, chopped pickled onions.

Add onion powder and garlic.

Add sour cream and pickle juice.

Mix well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Top with ground croutons.

Serve with something crunchy like a toasted baguette, Ritz crackers, pita chips.

    HORSERADISH PICKLES!!!!! AWESOME!!
This is the first time I have seen anyone else mention them. Everyone says they never heard of them. My mom made them all the time. I love them!! I can still feel my eyes burning when she ground that horseradish.
