This is a cookie that wants to be something more. It wants to be something more it wants to be a sundae if you look it has the stuff that looks like ice cream which is marshmallow buttercream. It has both caramel and a chocolate drizzle which classic. I did do sprinkles which added color to the cookie. I hope you like it.
1 chocolate chip cookie mix
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 stick butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles
Frosting
1 stick butter
7 ounces marshmallow fluff
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups powdered sugar plus 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
Toppings
1/3 cup chocolate hot fudge sauce
1/3 cup caramel topping
1/3 cup rainbow sprinkles
Cherries for on top optional.
Heat oven to 350.
In a bowl add cookie mix, baking powder, baking soda, butter, and egg and mix.
Add vanilla, 1/2 cup of sprinkles and mix.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Scoop cookies on a parchment lined baking tray.
Bake 9-12 minutes.
Let cool.
In a bowl cream butter, salt and marshmallow fluff until smooth.
Add powdered sugar 1/2 cup at a time and mix until all powdered sugar is used.
Using a cookie scoop add frosting to center of cookies.
Top frosting with a drizzle of chocolate and caramel.
Top with sprinkles and a cherry,
Serve.
