My Daughter Leslie combined out heads on this one when she was home for a visit. It has all of our favorite fall favorite fall flavors.
Dry ingredients
2 cups a p flour
1 tables baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
Spices
1-2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Clove ground
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Wet ingredients
4 oz whole milk
4 oz oil
8 oz apple sauce
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 eggs beaten
1/2 cup walnuts
1/4 cup dried cranberries
In large bowl mix dry ingredients and spices flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cardamom, clove, nutmeg, cinnamon
In second bowl mix brown sugar, sugar, oil, milk, beaten eggs, apple sauce mix well.
Add dry ingredients into wet in one third increments until fully combined
Add nuts and cranberries stir to incorporated
Let sit for 20 minutes.
Heat oven to 350
Line muffin tin with muffin tin liners spry with light coat of Pam
Fill liners 2/3 full
Bake for 20- 24 minutes or until a tooth pick comes out clean
