I gave my son-in-law a waygu chuckeye steak that I got from Ovoka Farm. He decided to do a blind taste test without his wife knowing. The chuckeye was competing against a mega mart top-of-the-line ribeye. Both steaks were cooked in the same cast iron pan, both coated with salt and pepper, both seared and basted with butter, garlic, and rosemary. The result: waygu by a mile.
