Jerk Beef Back Ribs

I have have not made beef ribs in a while and wanted a more flavorful rib. I decided that I would a jerk marinade to amp up the flavor. That said, I did a rub with Montreal steak seasoning and some allspice, cinnamon and thyme combined with some Old Bay seasoning. I slow cooked them in the oven until almost falling off the bone. I hope you like it.

4 pounds beef ribs
2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
2 tablespoons Montreal steak seasoning
1 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup jerk marinade

Apple cider vinegar

Heat oven to 290.

Cover both sides of ribs with jerk marinade.

Mix Old Bay, Montreal seasoning, allspice and cinnamon.

Coat both side of ribs with rub.

Place on a baking sheet and add 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar to bottom of pan.

Cook and add apple cider vinegar every 45 minutes. This tenderizes the ribs.

After 3 hours check temperature of ribs when it hits 190 glaze ribs with jerk marinade.

Cook for and additional 35 minutes or until ribs hit 202-207 degrees.

Let rest for 15 minutes.

Serve.
