I am not going Keto but I am willing to cut some carbs. The recipe I started with was vary basic but we all know that I have a habit of changing things. I will tell you that it’s not a fluffy as regular bread it’s denser. I did add some garlic powder and everything bagel to the top. I almost forgot that I added some local honey. I hope you like it.
1 cup cottage cheese
4 eggs
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup almond flour
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 teaspoon honey
2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
In a blender mix all ingredients except everything bagel seasoning.
Add to a parchment lined bread pan.
Top with everything bagel seasoning.
Bake for 45-55 minutes.
Let cool for 15 minutes.
Cut and serve.

Really different!!!

I made some keto pancakes this morning with coconut flour. I didn’t have the almond flour called for. I am a cleaning kick and like to pare things down from the refridg and cupboards. I really like it when I can substitute something for another.
